What is Kalamazoo Wraps System of Care Evaluation Report?
An Evaluation Report is a 1-2 page summary of Kalamazoo Wraps Evaluation findings based on available data. Each Evaluation Report is generated based on a stakeholder driven process that has been developed as part of our System of Care. By stakeholder, we mean anyone who is “at the table” in the sense that they have an interest in contributing to the wellbeing of children with mental health challenges living in Kalamazoo County:
How Does the Report Distribution Work?
- Each Evaluation Report is posted under the Reporting Tab of this website (CLICK HERE).
- Stakeholders that sign up on our listserv receive a brief, e-mail reminder from the Kalamazoo Wraps Evaluator every time a report is posted. The reminder contains the topic and a direct link to the website.
- Reports are short (one to two pages in length) and are intended to be read by a broad group of community stakeholders including family members and agency staff.
- Data is sourced from youth, caregivers, and youth serving participating organizations that are part of the Kalamazoo Wraps System of Care initiative.
